NAC also has as mandate to encourage and support participation in arts events abroad by persons and associations from Seychelles and to encourage and support participations in arts events in Seychelles by persons and associations from abroad.

Always with scope for improvement and for the betterment and further development of our artists, the NAC, when and where necessary, enters into and maintains relations with international organisations likely to grant financial material or technical assistance as well as co-corporate with international bodies an institutes specialising in the arts, artistic or related activities.

Other services provided by the National Arts Council include assisting arts activities by providing facilities, training, guidance and services to all residing bona fide artists as well as providing assistance to persons or associations that promote or develop the arts in Seychelles.

NAC also provides advisory, information and educational services and make grants for the promotion of the arts. As well as establish committees to advise or assist it in performing its functions, it also assists and co-ordinates arts associations in the performance of their functions.
