 Mission and Objectives
The National Arts Council of Seychelles was set up in 1991 and is the supreme body for coordinating the arts at all levels for all persons in Seychelles.
NAC’s keys priority is to organise, develop and promote our local arts as well as to encourage continuous participation and foster a spirit of corporations and the attainment of high standards in the arts
To promote the arts, one has to learn to appreciate the arts, so the NAC plays a major roll in encouraging such appreciation and work in close collaboration with arts associations in order to draw up arts calendars and proposed programmes. read more
